Service Description
Who: Anyone wanting obedience training with their dog but is not ready for the e-collar program investment. What: We will be learning 3 foundation skills- “come”, “place”, and “leave it” Where: Rock Kennel Training in Shabbona When: Tuesday June 10th from 6:15-7:15 pm for 4 straight weeks (Rain date scheduled for June ____) Why: We want to give you the skills needed to strengthen your dog’s impulse control so they can listen on the first time, even when distracted. What to Bring? Treats- Soft Small and Stinky Treat pouch (optional but highly recommended) Leash (preferably at least 5 feet long and no retractable or bungee leashes) Tightly fitted collar (no harnesses, if you are worried about the dog escaping we recommend martingale collars.) Prerequisites for Class Make sure your dog is NOT reactive to other dogs. If they are, we recommend our e-collar program. Watch “Mastering the Marker” video on youtube.
